Set up your order
Once you have selected the translation product you need, you can configure your translation (target & source language, express delivery, special requests, etc). At the end of the order process (after payment has been taken), you can easily upload the source document as a scan/photo in your personal dashboard.
Translation by our court-sworn translators
The certified translation is carried out by our selected and court-sworn translators. Your order is automatically forwarded to the appropriate translator. You can check the status of your translation at any time in your personal login area.
Approve the translation
Once your certified translation is finished, you will receive a notification from our translator asking you to approve it. You can chat with us and the translators at any time via your dashboard and request further corrections.
Shipping your translation
As soon as we have your approval, we will take care of the delivery of your certified translation. You will receive a tracking code to keep tabs on your postal shipment. The translation process is now complete. If you added a digital scan of your certified translation to your order, you can download it directly from our platform.
What is a certified translation?
A certified translation is a translated document, including a signed attestation clause from the translator or a translation agency confirming the accuracy and completeness of the translation, bearing an official stamp or seal.
